There had been a rumor that second semester of first year RT was easier then first semester. Well i'm here to tell you that is anything but true. Seems that with the redesign they have moved first semester 2nd year up to second semester 1st year. So we get hit double hard. So that's where I've been. Studying, studying, studying, reading, group project, and more studying. I am seriously hoping that we get an easier semester next year because this year has seemed to fry my brain. On a good note, we only have 9 weeks left of school and I had an awesome reading week.
Note to self: maybe book flights home a few days before holidays end, especially when you are coming back and the next day is an exam.
This is also just a vent:
While home for the holidays I found it super hard to study, when i'm home here in Calgary I don't have anything but traffic outside to distract me, which then I can go different places if I can't concentrate. It was really hard in Regina to find a spot that wasn't distracting. There was the TV, the cat snoring, people coming in and out, and the list goes on. I think I also need to develop a new way to study. Ideas?
