I met up with two other girls this morning and we walk to the building where they have the finals. Our schedule had us writing in the Arena, so we walk over there and pass some of our class mates that tell us that our class isn't on the door that has all the classes inside that are writing. So they went to the gym to see if we got switched. Next we saw our teacher waling briskly down the hall, we ask him where the final is "Room 222, i'm trying to find the room now" and he keeps walking.... we all look at one another confused. Especially that our teacher doesn't even know where we are writing. So we go back to the arena and our class has congregated there. We funnel into the top of the arena above where everyone is writing, and find out someone screwed up and that we really had no place to write our final. So we hang out for about 15 minutes while some lady on the phone is talking with our teacher and someone on the phone at the same time. Someone possibly got fired today.
The story ends well, we ended up going to our regular classroom and writing our final in there. All was well.... except for maybe the heart palpation's that our teacher (Rodel) got. lol
Okay so it still hasn't clicked in that I don't have to study or go to class next week. I think it will be weird to get used to actually.
Things I will miss:
- Friends here in Calgary!
- Having my own space/place
- Everything within walking distance
- The sketchy elevators
- Not having a car
- Sketchy people on the C-train
- Having to carry all my groceries from the train to the apartment
- Taking an elevator in general like 50x a day
- A bed that is 4ft off the ground
- Living right next to the highway (so fricken loud)
- Getting little to no sleep almost every night
Now to get back to packing
